  OMG! They have the absolute best sugar cookies I've ever had. Nothing compares. Any time I cheat on my diet, this is the first place I want to go. Yuuuum!

  I went in to order a birthday cake and was shocked at how complicated it would be to make a one layer cake with a 4 day time frame. The staff looked at me like It was confusing what I was asking them to do. I wanted to pick up a cake on a day when the 'cake decorators' were not working. I said surely I am not the only one who has ever ordered a cake for pick up on this day? The ONLY solution the teenager working at the front told me was 'well you can order and pick up that day but it has to be super simple and not complicated because only our cupcake decorator works that day.' But she just kept staring at me with no alternatives or initiative to help me out or make this work. I was pretty surprised and disappointed. Obviously this place is overly busy where they don't care to work with customers or help them out.
